ABOUT THE ARTIST

Torn Chorus is the music project of Franklin Davis, an Auckland, New Zealand-based singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and visual artist. Drawing inspiration from alternative rock, atmospheric rock, indie rock, progressive rock, and classic British guitar music, Torn Chorus creates songs that connect emotion, storytelling, and artistic expression. If you enjoy atmospheric rock, alternative rock, acoustic sessions, cinematic music, singer-songwriter performances, and independent music, you're in the right place.
Franklin sings, plays all instruments on the tracks, records, engineers and produces the music in his home studio. Pink Floyd, David Bowie and Jethro Tull are among his favourite artists.
